Refund and returns policy
At Amrak, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item under the following conditions.
1. Return Period
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or digital confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. Return Conditions
Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return or exchange:
- Unused and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging intact
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged.
3. Refunds
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, typically within 5 business days.
- For card or bank payments, the refund will be issued to the same account used during purchase.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective or was damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
