– At first use, let the candle burn for 3-4 hours
– To avoid a pit in the candle, allow the melted wax to spread over the surface of the candle before extinguishing the candle
– Candles must always stand on a firm and heat-resistant surface
– Do not leave the candle lit for more than 4 hours at a time
– Extinguish the candle with a candle extinguisher to avoid hot wax splashing
– Do not touch the candle until it has completely cooled down
– Keep the pool of wax clean of wick clippings, burnt wick, matches and other debris
– To extend the life of your candle, cut the wick down to 6 mm before lighting it.
– Don’t let the candles burn all the way to the bottom.
– To get the very last wax out to reuse the vessel, you can either freeze the vessel so it can scrape out the wax residue. Alternatively, you can pour some hot water into your cold vessel to loosen the wax from the edges. Remember not to handle a hot container!
